Cua Bac Church is an ancient church in Hanoi, an architectural work with many unique beauties. It is the ancientness of it that seems to create an impressive break between the modern urban space of Hanoi, prosperity.

Located at 56  Phan Dinh Phung Street , Quan Thanh Ward,  Ba Dinh District , the church was built in 1925 and was inaugurated on February 1, 1931.

The church at first brought the name of the Church of the Queen of Saints, from the will of the Blessed Mother to be the Queen of all saints. Later, it was referred to as the Church of Our Lady of Hanoi, and also because it was built in the North Gate of Thang Long city, so there was also the name of Cua Bac church. Church by  lFor example, the French architect named Hébrard designed a rectangular style (Polish architecture), combining the Asian-European style that is considered typical of the ant-style church This structure, stately, ancient, does not follow symmetrical rules, but deviates from the high bell tower on the right and balances with the dome (Trophy) in the center. There is a transformation in harmony with the surrounding space, but still ensures solemnity and quietness, giving the impression of a transcendence. Cua Bac church architecture shows harmony with tropical scenery, with Eastern culture.

Cua Bac church was built from 1925 to 1930 on a stretch of land along Phan Dinh Phung street and corner of Nguyen Bieu street. The church consists of a large rectangular space with two rows of parallel columns on both sides, divided relatively into a small reception space and a solemn space for priests to celebrate. Between these two areas there is a large transitional space underneath the dome, on the right is a space for worshiping the saints, on the left is a reception room for the parish priest. Interior space is structured and decorated completely in European church style.

Extremely famous tea shop in lane 92 Cua Bac has long become a familiar address for many diners, especially young people. The shop sells from afternoon to evening, so this is also an ideal choice in the coming Christmas night. There are 3 types of tea with short names: black, white and fruit. Black tea cooked from sticky rice, not black beans, mixed with thick coconut milk. White is sweet potato, sweet cassava with white agar and tiny pearls. Fruit dish is the most "hot" dish of the restaurant, raw materials including chopped fruit mixed with diluted tea, specially prepared, cool and fragrant.

 At the end of Quan Thanh street, near the cultural house of Ba Dinh district, there is a shop specializing in ducks. The popular restaurant, though unnamed, has no signboard, but every day guests come and go. Shop sales all day but out of stock quite soon.
 The duck at the restaurant specializes in boiled duck. The duck here is a medium-sized, medium-fat type, boiled and also eaten, not too soft but not too chewy, very fragrant. The bamboo shoots are full of brittle, crispy bamboo shoots, soft pieces and bite into the mouth. The duck is also a dish of the restaurant that almost every group of customers call. Rice to raw hat, cooked with a special match with a little green beans, so the porridge bowl is fragrant.
